Quilted, with lots of pockets and smooth operating zippers, comes with a wide shoulder strap to make a more comfortable experience. There is a magnetic closure on one side, quite strong. Very well made, looks much more expensive than it is. The black and tan go with most fall/winter styles.  Would make a nice gift.
