I really love these boots, I chose a half size larger than the usual size 9 (they are size 9.5) to accommodate fall/winter socks & the boots fit perfectly.
 
Look great with skirts, jeans or slacks, very upscale. They are vegan "leather". If you've never worn kitten heels, you'll be happy to find that they are comfortable and easy to walk in.
 
The heel length of these knee high boots is about 1.57 inches and the cuff is about 13.4 inches. Suitable for all-day wear, whether for shopping, work or play. Brand new, never worn. No returns.
